SPONSORSHIP & DONATIONS FOR VETFORDIA

A Paw-some Opportunity to Make a Difference!

Dear Veterinary Support People,

I hope this letter finds you well, and that your day is filled with as much joy as a puppy discovering its own tail! I’m writing to you on behalf of the Vetfordia festival organisers- a new initiative to help vets ward off mental health issues and to have fun while doing so.

On October 10th - 12th, 2025 we are hosting Vetfordia...a Paws and Beats Charity Music Festival at Habitat Noosa. This event is more than just a music festival; it’s a celebration of compassion, care, and community. And here's where you come in: we need your help to make this event as legendary as a cat meme on the internet!

We are seeking generous donaations and sponsorship to help us cover the costs of organizing this spectacular festival.
With your help, we’ll be able to provide:

  1. Purr-fect Performances: From local bands to acclaimed artists, we want to fill the air with music that’s as uplifting as a dog’s wagging tail. We also hope to pay our speakers something towards their accommodation and travel.
  2. Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp  fees: To bring you this purr-fect weekend at the stunning Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp, we need to cover venue hire and essential facilities. That includes exclusive use of the pavilion, access to key amenities, and all the behind-the-scenes costs that keep the place clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Yes, we know — someone’s gotta pay for the pavilion lights, keep the loos stocked, and make sure the goannas don’t crash the party.

Habitat is an award-winning eco-campground with all the ingredients for a magical community gathering, and we’re thrilled to host Vetfordia here. With camping and glamping on-site, it’s an ideal place to connect, reset, and maybe even start a tradition.

Let’s make this one a smashing success!

  3. Fun and Games: Activities that will have vets and their families entertained, including an activity area for children.
  4. Mental Health Resources: We will have speakers that have experience in this area. We also plan to set aside a significant portion of any profit from the proceeds to fund mental health support via Sophie's Legacy.

Now, let’s face it, sponsoring and donating to a charity event is a lot like adopting a pet: you’re not just bringing joy to yourself, but also making a profound difference in someone’s life. So, let’s join paws and make this festival a howling success!

Please feel free to reach out to me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have any questions or need more information. I’m more than happy to fetch any details you might need!

Thank you for considering our request. We can’t wait to collaborate with you to support our veterinary heroes and their mental health.

With warm regards and wagging tails,
